INC. ARAS PTE. LTD. Relationship Services Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between INC. ARAS PTE. LTD. ("ARAS", "us", "we", "our"), incorporated in Singapore, UEN 202143193R, and the individual or entity agreeing to these terms ("Client", "you", "your"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which INC. ARAS offers its suite of personal development services ("Services") to you.

1. Scope of Services

At ARAS, we provide a collaborative environment designed to inspire clients to achieve their personal and professional best. Services offered may include, but are not limited to, developmental coaching, personal growth sessions, and strategy formulation for achieving life and career goals. The specific services provided are detailed in the Service Plan you select. We reserve the right to modify these services as necessary to enhance the overall experience.

2. Personal Oversight Commitment

Dr. Angela and Dorothy will personally oversee your enquiry and journey, ensuring minimal exchange of information between you and your selected service provider. This supervision allows us to continue supporting you post-session effectively. If you prefer that your service provider does not share any specific information with Dr. Angela and Dorothy, either in full or part, please inform your service provider directly.

3. Mutual Consent for Sessions

An agreed session between you and the selected service provider is a mutually consented relationship. This means that while you have the opportunity to select your service provider, the provider also has the right to accept or reject the engagement. This policy ensures that both parties are committed and empowered, fostering a productive and respectful session.

4. Punctuality and Session Management

Punctuality is essential. Sessions that start late will not be extended unless the service provider explicitly agrees to extend the session time. However, sessions are expected to end at the originally stipulated time. No-shows will be considered as sessions used, and no replacement session will be allowed unless the service provider offers it out of goodwill.

5. Service Provider Commitments

  • Timeliness: Service providers are committed to ensuring timeliness. If a service provider is late, they are required to extend the session accordingly to cover the agreed duration.

  • Technical Requirements: Service providers must maintain adequate technology to ensure a high-quality session. This includes stable internet connections and clear audio equipment.

  • Quality Assurance: Should session quality be severely compromised due to issues such as unstable internet connection or poor audio from the service provider, both parties are expected to discuss and find a reasonable solution, which may include an extension of time or a replacement session. However, minor delays in transmission due to long-distance video calls are expected and are part of the experience, as these are external factors beyond the control of either party.

6. Session Specifics

  • One-to-One Sessions: These sessions are strictly for the individual client. If another person is present, the service provider has the right to end the session prematurely, and it will be considered as a session used.

  • Couple Sessions: These sessions are strictly for couples. If one partner cannot attend, the session will still proceed as a couple session, and no refund for the fee difference will be allowed.

7. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Details regarding the fees and payment terms for the Service Plan you choose are available on our website. All fees are in Singapore dollars, exclusive of taxes, and are due before the commencement of any session. Late payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.

8. Rescheduling Fees for Relationship Service Providers

  • Specialised Relationship Service Providers:

    • Weekdays: A $50 fee applies if rescheduling occurs less than 24 hours prior to the session.

    • Weekends: A $100 fee applies if rescheduling occurs less than 24 hours before the session, or a $50 fee if the request is made between 24-48 hours before the session.

  • Non-Specialised Relationship Service Providers:

    • Weekdays: A $30 fee applies if rescheduling occurs less than 24 hours prior to the session.

    • Weekends: A $50 fee applies if rescheduling occurs less than 24 hours before the session, or a $30 fee if the request is made between 24-48 hours before the session.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

A 20% administrative fee is applied to all cancellations to cover preparation costs. Cancellations within 24 hours of a session are non-refundable. After one reschedule of the particular session, no refunds will be issued for that session, as rescheduling signifies a strong intention to continue with it.

10. Confidentiality

We uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics. Minimal information regarding the content of the sessions may be shared with our overseeing team, Dr. Angela and Dorothy, to ensure continued excellent service from INC. ARAS to you, the client. All other information shared in sessions is treated with the utmost respect and discretion unless legally required to disclose. Our Privacy Policy can be found here.

11. Dispute Resolution

Should disputes arise, we aim to resolve them amicably through mutual consent and mediation for up to 60 days. If unresolved, arbitration in Singapore, conducted in English, will follow.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

13. Acceptance of Agreement

By engaging a service provider from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
