Creating Safe Spaces for Individual Narratives
Having traversed my own mental health challenges spanning grief, relationship loss, and identity crises from adolescence into adulthood, I deeply value the uniqueness of each individual's cultural context.
My mission is to empathetically understand every person within their distinct narrative, accompanying them on their journey towards personal growth and healing in an inclusive and safe environment.
More About Me
With a specialization in positive psychology and mindfulness, I tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients by drawing from a diverse set of tools and techniques. These primarily include Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Parts Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Techniques (EFT), Gestalt, and Somatic Therapy.
My therapeutic approach is firmly grounded in a person-centered philosophy. I believe that each individual is unique with their own inherent gifts and that it is crucial to facilitate the client’s self-exploration without dismissing any facet of their individual journey. I journey with my clients to help them discover empowerment and courage from within to fulfill their fullest potential.
