Imagine being 50 years old and having your spouse walk out on a marriage of two decades. I found myself facing the prospect of being single for the rest of my life, raising my son without a partner.

As a counselor and life coach, I still envisioned a future where I could love and be loved. Thankfully, I reconnected with some great friends who encouraged me, allowing me to reorient my life not only in my relationships but also in my career.

This important lesson helped me in enjoying a pleasurable relationship with my love ones and of course in my sex life too.
